How Can I Take Advantage of the Tax Credit?
Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act passed by Congress in 2022, your insulation project with USA Insulation may qualify you for the Section 25C Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit!

Can I Claim the Credit?
For your insulation project to qualify for the tax credit, it needs to have been "placed into service" during the taxable year.
The credit applies to installed jobs from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2032.
What's Included?
"Building envelope components," including insulation, have an annual tax credit limit of $1,200, with no lifetime limit.
For insulation, the tax credit covers 30% of the cost of materials, up to $1,200.
What Do I Need?
To get the tax credit, you'll need to have your USA Insulation contract, applicable Manufacturer's Certification Statements (available on our website), and fill out Form 5695, along with your other tax forms.
